My home has been in foreclosure since 2010. I was referred to Debi by a friend after the first lawyer I retained was useless and withdrew from my case a day before our first hearing. Luckily, the judge gave me 20 days to find a new lawyer. Debi was not hesitant to take my case and she even said ther...e would be a chance to stay in my home. I began my foreclosure fight with another attorney. The stategy at that time was to delay, delay, delay. However, I wanted to keep my home and the stategy being followed was not going to do that. I found Atty. Rumph through a mutual friend. Within a year my mortgage was modified, finalize and... the foreclosure proceeding were stopped. However, Atty Rumph did not stop there. She continued followup with opposing council until I had a final release from the foreclosure in my hand. I have and will continue to recommend Atty Rumph to anyone that I know in need of her services.
