Attorney Kristen M. Jackson is the founding partner at Jackson Law PA. Ms. Jackson received two Bachelor of Arts degrees: one in 1974 from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, and the other in 1981 from the University of South Florida. In addition, she earned her Juris Doctorate from Stetson University in 1983, and her LLM in Taxation from Washington School of Law. In 1984, Attorney Jackson received admission to the Florida Bar. After this, she began working with a litigation and contracts law firm in Orlando, Florida. In the following years, Attorney Jackson worked with a number of firms, expanding her experience in business, contracts, estate planning, probate, elder law, and real estate law. In 1996, after 12 years of practicing for various firms, she established Jackson Law PA, where her clientele grew to a few thousand. At the firm, Ms. Jackson focuses her practice on estate planning, probate and trust administration, elder law, business law, and real estate law. Attorney Jackson is licensed to practice in Florida and Texas, is a licensed Florida Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and a Florida State Certified General Contractor.

Good lawyer, good person
Attorney Jackson is an excellent professional - competent, knowledgeable and personable. She listens and advises after fully understanding the client's goals or wishes and then has a plan of action. Her billing practices are above reproach - reasonable, fully documented and work specifically described. She never strays from her level of expertise and knowledge. Astute. Capable. Caring.

The Best Law Firm Ever
As an elder law client with family concerns for my father and the need to put him in a nursing home was very emotional. Kristen Jackson work with my family and I and not only put our family at peace of mind emotionally but helped our father. He is now comfortably living in assisted living with Medicaid received through the application of Kristen Jackson' s law firm. Wonderful and Knowledgeable!!
Kristen has not only given me solid legal advice over the years, but has been instrumental in helping me understand the steps that I needed to take, so that my assets are protected. Estate Planning Client
Kristen worked with my wife and I to insure we completely understood the details of our revocable living trust, will and ancillary documents. We couldn't have been more pleased. In the 12 years she has been working with my wife and I, her firm as prepared not only a trust, but has managed the creation of our limited liability company, managed the real estate closing on 2 or our homes and has prepared life estate deeds on our many properties.
