Founder and sole owner of Todd M. Hoepker, P.A.  My law firm was established in 1996.

Practice in all Florida County Circuit Courts, all District Courts of Appeal, the Florida Supreme Court, the United States District Court in Florida, United States Bankruptcy Courts in Florida, all United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and United States Tax Court.

Complex commercial and real estate litigator who appears regularly in the Ninth Circuit Business Court.  I have litigated hundreds of business separations, corporate, shareholder, LLC and PA disputes, business valuation issues, and non-competition and trade secret matters.

Litigated hundreds of cases involving mortgage priority, mortgage foreclosure (both commercial and residential), title insurance claims, boundary disputes, covenant enforcement, lease disputes, appraisal claims, deficiency judgments, development and land use issues, commercial and residential evictions, and other real estate matters.

Handled and/or have been involved in hundreds of real estate closings and have prepared and reviewed hundreds of title commitments and title policies.

Handled ad valorem tax and valuation disputes and act as a special magistrate for the Orange County and Lake County Value Adjustment Boards.

Qualified as an expert on attorney fee matters in circuit courts across Central Florida, (including Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Brevard, Lake, Polk, Marion, St. Johns, Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco counties) and have testified on matters before circuit judges in trials and evidentiary hearings, including claims in mortgage foreclosure matters.  I have submitted expert testimony as a real estate/title expert.

Involved in hundreds of mediations (both as a mediator and attorney for litigants).
