My 93 year old hearing impaired mother was the victim of a Bank fraud scheme. She was swindled out of over $259,000 and her bank Fifth and a Third failed to protect her. Research on the internet led us to Matt Deboard as he had been successful in recovering losses for the victim in a simil...ar case . In our initial consultation my mother made it clear that she had deceived the bank about the reason for her bank wires and cash withdrawals.
