Leia Leitner is an experienced in complex commercial litigator in both federal and state courts. Her practice is focused on qui tam actions under the federal False Claims Act and government investigations.
Leitner received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from University of California, San Diego and her J.D. from Florida A&M University College of Law in Orlando, Florida. While studying for her J.D., Leitner served as the Community Service Chair for Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. She also was a member of the Hispanic American Legal Association and Asian-Pacific American Law Student Association.
During her law school career, Leitner earned a book award in her third year upper-level legal writing class. She also made academic contributions to the college by assisting her professor with legal research.
Leitner is admitted to the Florida Bar and is a member of the Orange County Bar Association.
