Coming into my 20th year of practicing law in Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina, I've learned that my best source of innovation is my clients. We listen intently to clients. We listen to discover pain points that clients have in their transactions, their lives, and their businesses. We then use our experience and innovative spirit to clear those obstacles as quickly and cost-effectively as we can for the clients so they can succeed in their transactions, lives, and business. This has led to innovative solutions that have successfully removed those clients' pain points with ease.

We've successfully represented buyers, sellers, lenders, investors, and brokers in purchases, sales, renovations, developments, and loans for transactions worth less than $10, to over $10 million. We treat all of our clients as if every transaction is the largest one they'll ever have, regardless of the monetary value involved.

Real Estate Trusts and Commercial Closings
As real estate professionals Mr. Seagle has represented us in multiple transactions and has secured a positive outcome when other attorneys were not willing to pursue the issue. In addition, we had a commercial closing that was going south and Mr. Seagle jumped in at the last minute and and in record time was able to review all of the documents and facilitate a smooth closing. Mr. Seagle went above and beyond to accomplish a timely closing.

Land Trust CONDO
Mr. Seagle handled condo HOA dispute in past on fees owed by me owner. His company had property in land trust. He had never received any meeting, bylaws, notices etc. from them as the trustee. HOA said they did. I had none , his office had received none so was able to dispute new increased charges due to negligence of HOA. Thanks Mr. Seagle. Brenda D.

Superb Service! Trustworthy and Fast!
I hired Mr. Seagle to create a new LLC for me surrounding real estate transactions through my Roth IRA. A specialized knowledge that very few in this field are familiar with. I reached out to 5 other real estate lawyers and not one of them could help me. With Mr. Seagle, it was a easy process and didn't have to do much explaining! He was great with keeping me updated on every step of the way. Mr. Seagle took late calls and was always on top of things. Thanks again! You were awesome.

Know his stuff
Mr. Seagle, gave me great advice on how to get a writ of possession done. Other lawyer just gave me a vague response. Thank you

My attorney
My wife and I consulted Attorney Seagle concerning HOA issues affecting our property. Issues included how to handle non-responsive BOD, restrictive covenant enforcement and a potential title cloud caused by a neighbor's encroachment onto our property. He responded promptly. His advice clarified Florida law for us, was practical so we were able to avoid litigation and helped us obtain a satisfactory resolution for our problem.

"Joseph Seagle and his team have been invaluable to our practice. As northeast estate planning attorneys, we have many clients with southeast property. Joe and his team have helped us with both simple and complex real estate transactions over the last five years. Joe's vast expertise and knowledge of the market, title process and procedures, and even the issues of holding real estate in Trusts and LLCs has proved him valuable to us. Joe and his team are our go-to real estate professionals. My staff finds working with his personnel to always be a pleasant and rewarding experience. We know that if we ask them for assistance, it will be handled with excellence, in a timely fashion, and reasonably priced. I would recommend Joe Seagle and his team to anyone."
