The worst representation ever. You are better off with a public defender then to waste money on someone who does the bare minimum. She is rude, unprofessional, lies and just wants you to accept the first plea so she doesn't have to do any work. She didnt even ask me details about my case and gave ...me incorrect information about Florida law after I fact checked her and consulted other attorneys. She caused me more issues. I will be posting in detail to social media and tagging her name with a list of thr exact details of how my case was handled. Her license should be taken away. If anyone else has expierenced poor representation I ask that you please contact me through social media as I will be reporting her to the State bar. We can bring them forward together as she needs to stop taking people's money and not representing them as a lawyer should. Anyone can deliver a plea offer. Its her job to learn your case amd negotiate a better offer. She doesn't even review evidence. Don't make the costly mistake I did. Get yourself a better attorney.

Back in 2009 I was referred by a friend to Tracy to defend me with shopping charge. Being 21 year old, less then a year in this country and not speaking eangish very well, I was not fully aware of consequences that could impact my featured. Tracy got me into Pretrial Diversion program and case ...resulted with “nolle prosequi” entered upon prorgram completion (which is not considered as a conviction for immigration purposes) She knew exactly what was critical for me when I was not even aware of it. There is no words that can express how greatfull I am. I have a successful career and got my Citizenship successfuly this year. She was very professional, straight to the point, honest and not jujmental. I was not charged any hidden fees and the price was as agreed.

I hired Tracey Kagan for child custody case, when I first met with Tracey she was nice, polite and said she would be there for me but, it wasn't like that at all. When it came to my case she would never return my phone calls. I spoke with her secretary more then Tracey, which was no help. when it ca...me time for mediation she was not on time, which made me look bad in court and she was not prepared with my paper works. I would not recommend Tracey Kagan to anyone, I trusted her with my case and spend hundreds of dollars behind her and i received nothing in return.

After researching Orlando based Attorneys I decided to go with Tracey. While she talked a good game and I thought we were on the same page she produced absolutely NO results. I had to constantly call her to find out about my loved ones case and progress. After thousands of dollars that I really ...could of enjoyed instead of contributing to Tracey's lifestyle I would NOT recommend her for ANY case. Unfortunately after 5 months my loved one is still there....

Tracey Kagan was referred to me by a friend who used her to resolve traffic tickets. I had a car accident and was given a citation. My initial plan was to pay the ticket, but my friend said I should call Tracey first. Tracey took the time to call me and discuss the case (free of charge)and events ...leading to the ticket in detail before offering advice regarding how to resolve the matter. I decided to hire Tracey Kagan after the free phone consultation. I was able to pay for the retainer with a credit card. Tracey obtained the police report from the accident and again called and discussed everything with me. This saved me from having to drive into Orlando from Seminole County to meet with Tracey. Tracey and I decided to set the matter for a hearing. I was nervous and worried about the hearing, however Tracey came through explaining the process and was there early on the morning of the hearing to meet with me and patiently explain the process to me again. The end result was that my charges were dismissed, I did not have to pay the court costs or fees. I received no points on my license and overall came away from the hearing happy, satisfied, and very grateful to Tracey Gail Kagan.
