The worst representation ever. You are better off with a public defender then to waste money on someone who does the bare minimum. She is rude, unprofessional, lies and just wants you to accept the first plea so she doesn't have to do any work. She didnt even ask me details about my case and gave ...me incorrect information about Florida law after I fact checked her and consulted other attorneys. She caused me more issues. I will be posting in detail to social media and tagging her name with a list of thr exact details of how my case was handled. Her license should be taken away. If anyone else has expierenced poor representation I ask that you please contact me through social media as I will be reporting her to the State bar. We can bring them forward together as she needs to stop taking people's money and not representing them as a lawyer should. Anyone can deliver a plea offer. Its her job to learn your case amd negotiate a better offer. She doesn't even review evidence. Don't make the costly mistake I did. Get yourself a better attorney.

Back in 2009 I was referred by a friend to Tracy to defend me with shopping charge. Being 21 year old, less then a year in this country and not speaking eangish very well, I was not fully aware of consequences that could impact my featured. Tracy got me into Pretrial Diversion program and case ...resulted with “nolle prosequi” entered upon prorgram completion (which is not considered as a conviction for immigration purposes) She knew exactly what was critical for me when I was not even aware of it. That is exactly what I said when Ms. Kagan's office gave me the good news that my license revocation would be lifted. She had to get not just one, but two traffic tickets reversed, because I was foolish enough not to fight every ticket at the outset. I had previously used a ticket mill to get out ...of a couple of speeding tickets, but when I contacted them to handle this revocation, they did not get back to me by email or return phone calls for almost a week. Ms. Kagan's office called me right away and got started immediately. It still took a couple of weeks to go through the red tape with the state, so that one-week delay by the first law firm meant I was Ubering everywhere for over a week. One reason I called Ms. Kagan was the amount of information shown on her website about revocation - it was obvious that she knew what she was doing on this. If you are not aware (as I was not), if you forget to pay any ticket, including a toll violation, your license is suspended until you pay and reinstate it. If you get caught 'driving while suspended' 3 times you fall into the Habitual Traffic Offender rules and get an automatic 5-year Revocation. If you don't get a Tracey Kagan to fight it, then it is a year before you can apply for hardship to even drive to work. So take this piece of advice - get Tracey Kagan Law on your team up front!
