Tracey Gail Kagan

I hired Tracey Kagan for child custody case, when I first met with Tracey she was nice, polite and said she would be there for me but, it wasn't like that at all. When it came to my case she would never return my phone calls. I spoke with her secretary more then Tracey, which was no help. when it ca...me time for mediation she was not on time, which made me look bad in court and she was not prepared with my paper works. I would not recommend Tracey Kagan to anyone, I trusted her with my case and spend hundreds of dollars behind her and i received nothing in return.

Tracey Kagan was referred to me by a friend who used her to resolve traffic tickets. I had a car accident and was given a citation. My initial plan was to pay the ticket, but my friend said I should call Tracey first. Tracey took the time to call me and discuss the case (free of charge)and events ...leading to the ticket in detail before offering advice regarding how to resolve the matter. I decided to hire Tracey Kagan after the free phone consultation. I was able to pay for the retainer with a credit card. Tracey obtained the police report from the accident and again called and discussed everything with me. This saved me from having to drive into Orlando from Seminole County to meet with Tracey. Tracey and I decided to set the matter for a hearing. I was nervous and worried about the hearing, however Tracey came through explaining the process and was there early on the morning of the hearing to meet with me and patiently explain the process to me again. The end result was that my charges were dismissed, I did not have to pay the court costs or fees. I received no points on my license and overall came away from the hearing happy, satisfied, and very grateful to Tracey Gail Kagan.

That is exactly what I said when Ms. Kagan's office gave me the good news that my license revocation would be lifted. She had to get not just one, but two traffic tickets reversed, because I was foolish enough not to fight every ticket at the outset. I had previously used a ticket mill to get out ...of a couple of speeding tickets, but when I contacted them to handle this revocation, they did not get back to me by email or return phone calls for almost a week. If you are not aware (as I was not), if you forget to pay any ticket, including a toll violation, your license is suspended until you pay and reinstate it. If you get caught 'driving while suspended' 3 times you fall into the Habitual Traffic Offender rules and get an automatic 5-year Revocation. If you don't get a Tracey Kagan to fight it, then it is a year before you can apply for hardship to even drive to work. So take this piece of advice - get Tracey Kagan Law on your team up front!

Tracey Kagan is great! I hired her to help me with my HTO case. I had 3 tickets, she informed me that we only need 1 to be dismissed to get my license back. She was able to dismiss all 3! There was only 1 upfront attorney fee and that's it. I was able to pay half and she started working on my case ri...ght away! The whole process too just infer 4 week and it was painless. Not once did I have to step into a court room or her office! Everything was done via telephone or email. I would recommend anyone to her with their traffic problems.
