I hired Scott in 2013 to help with a post modification child support judgment. My case was highly complex and the opposing party was very uncooperative. When I procured his services, I was receiving $0 per month in child support for two children, no medical support, and had a sizable amount in back ...child support owed to me. Mediation was not surprisingly, unsuccessful. The OP (opposing party) would not negotiate or be reasonable. As Scott's staff diligently prepared for trial, they were able to find several ways in which the opposing party had lied, misrepresented his income, and basically played the system. Without his paralegal's exceptional work, my outcome would have been very different. At trial, I was amazed by Scott's courtroom presence. He was confident, knowledgeable, and he definitely got the job done! Throughout this almost two year process, Scott and his staff were there for my family every step of the way. He was kind, caring, but also very realistic about what we could accomplish. The final judgement far exceeded my expectations. I honestly could not have asked for a better resolution. OP now has to pay a monthly child support and arrearage payment and must contribute to medical expenses. A considerable amount was also paid towards the arrearages and OP was responsible for my lawyers fees. When lawyers fee came up in court, the judge hearing my case stated that many other lawyers would have charged double what Scott did for his services. I cannot say enough good things about Scott and his team of paralegals. I understand that my case may be exceptional, but words cannot express the difference this lawyer and his paralegals have made in the my life and the lives of my children. If you have doubts about hiring him, DON'T. The only thing you will regret is not hiring him sooner.

I know I picked the right lawyer. He has consistently given me legal advice that is tempered with honesty and won't proceed with things even if they are legal when he knows generally it would be a waste of time or money in front of a judge.
