Scott Schlegel, Esq. has 24 years specializing in the area of family law. With his experience, and knowing the law, he is able to analyze a case quickly, and provide creative solutions in the best interests of all of his clients. Although he is a good mediator and often helps his clients come to an agreement, he enjoys the courtroom fight and winning on behalf of his client. Mr. Schlegel's many years of experience enable him to craft arguments which give family court Judges the tools and evidence to rule in his client's favor. When litigating against an opposing party who has clearly been unreasonable in the settlement process, Mr. Schlegel has no hesitancy to take issues to the Judge. Due to his experience, he often knows what the Judges will likely do in most family law cases.
