From start to finish the Schlegel law team were very much on top of and attentive to my case. They thoroughly reviewed all the details and gave honest feedback. When it came to trial, they were extremely prepared and organized. Scott fought for me and it culminated in an amazing result. The Schle...gel law team was worth every penny and I would hire them again if I needed.

I DEFINITELY don't recommend this lawyer. Unfortunately a lot of his bad reviews are true. He does threaten to withdrawal from court case, he did this to me 2 days prior to court said i needed to pay him or he would withdrawal, felt like i was strong armed into paying him. His office does not communi...cate with you. Left messages for him and his staff only to be never returned. Was told reply by email so they can up charge your bill even more. Was double billed for services. Never informed me of a court date until a lil under a week before date was here. Does not have a payment option plan. When i met him at court he looked like he was out all nite and felt like he wasn't very presentable lawyer to me. Was called by his staff shortly after hiring him and asked to go and review him with positive marks on here, feel this tactic is not very appropriate as I have not completed my business with him. Yet they want good positive marks??? It seems more than one person has complained about his firm and about same issues, is this coincidence? I really don't think so, seems there is a pattern here. As for his responses HA what a joke those are. My suggestion to him "Scott take more interest into you firm. Call people back when they leave messages. Keep in contact with your clients GIVE YOUR CLIENTS A LIL MORE PERSONAL ATTENTION." As consumers we are paying for your services and do expect you to provide the service for which you are being paid for.

My experience with this attorney revealed that all he is interested in is money. He has no interest in what he has promised the client he will do for the fee paid. He does not keep his word. He did not return phone calls, ever. There was no interaction with him once he received the money, except ...to send you a bill for more money, after a few contacts with his office staff. trying to get him to do what you hired him to do in the first place. A favorite tactic of this attorney is to attempt to scare you by threatening to withdraw if you refuse to pay more for unrendered services. In my opinion the practices of this attorney are unethical. If you want an experience from hell, hire Scott Schlegel, and afterwards you will have to hire someone else to complete what he was originally hired to do

This was my first time having to hire a lawyer and by far a bad experience. I contacted Mr. Schlegal regarding my case. I was giving my amount, I was told that as soon as I paid half i would be represented. The same day I did so. A week before my appearance I was told he could not represent me becau...se my court date was closer than they thought. I asked for a refund and was told no. Finally after arguing and threatening to contact the news I was told I would be represented. The day off the appearance he did not come prepared and seemed to help the person I took to court more than myself. After I contacted his team and was told someone would contact me. No one ever did so I called and called. I left messages and finally got through to Crystal. After 5minutes on the phone she hung up on me and did not call back. I left it alone and figured what is done is done. It's been months and they have not filled my paperwork and when I called to ask questions I was told it was $150.00 a hour because my case is now closed. I have never felt robbed like this a day in my life. I would never ever use him again

Scott was very responsive before the first check was received. After that, i felt I was chasing him for information. My case took much longer than it should have (confirmed with other attorneys) My impression was he has over booked himself and doesn't give you the time you deserve. One year after my ...settlement agreement was signed I went to another attorney, who flat told me I never should signed what I did. Long story short, I was not happy with the "service" I receieved. If you are looking for a personal approach to legal services, this is not where to go.
