Justin Brick is an estate planning & probate attorney with the Central Florida full service law firm, Bogin, Munns & Munns. He serves the Orlando, Clermont, and Kissimmee areas. His areas of practice include Estate Planning, Probate, Trust Administration, Landlord/Tenant, and Real Estate Transactions.
Justin received his undergraduate degree in geoscience from Pennsylvania State University and his law degree from Barry University School of Law located in Orlando, Florida. Justin worked full time during the day for an estate planning and probate-focused law firm in Longwood, Florida as a legal assistant while attending law school classes at night.
After joining the Florida Bar, Justin continued to work as an associate attorney where one of his responsibilities was to review all of a client's assets to determine how each asset should be titled to best fit the client's overall estate plan. Justin helped to determine how assets such as bank accounts, business interests, life insurance policies, retirement accounts, and personal property should be titled to effectuate a client's overall estate plan.
While at Barry, Justin earned the highest grade (the book award) in Construction Law; Criminal Procedure; Animal Rights Law; Copyright Law; and Legal Research and Writing II. He also served a term as the Secretary of the Animal Rights Law Society.
Between 2014 and 2017, Justin opened his own law practice to help individuals and families in the Orlando, Florida area understand and implement their estate plans.
Justin is a member of the Florida Bar; The Fund; and the Lake County Bar Association.
