I had a 20 year old trust that had been revised a few times, but I had a feeling it wasn't quite right. So I looked around and found Nicole. She did the most amazing thorough job and discovered some serious problems with the old trust. She explained all of the options to us, she took us through (and detailed in the trust) every possible scenario. Her office put the final document all together in a well organized binder that I know will make things much easier for my heirs to deal with. I highly recommend her and based on my previous experiences with other attorneys I'd put her at the top 1% in competence and customer service.

Nicole had us prepare a Family Inventory and Assessment prior to our planning session. This we found very helpful because it got our affairs organized. Next we gathered all our Bank accounts, Brokerage statements, property Deeds, and retirement plans prior to our planning session. This was very useful for her and us to understand the specifics of our family wealth before the meeting. The meeting came and we were both impress on how she was going to develop a unique system that would let us know we made the best decisions for our children and that our plan will work when they need it the most. Nicole Newman helped us put together our family trust. We had always put this important planning off because we didn't really know how to begin and felt overwhelmed by the process.
