High Integrity Estate Planning Attorney

Nicole Newman is an amazing Family Trust attorney. We initially had an unusual situation that she was very knowledgeable about & spent a lot of her time free of charge answering all our questions & explaining it to us. She has the highest integrity and was much more concerned with meeting our needs ...than charging for her time. We felt very comfortable hiring her to prepare our family trust. It was quite easy, as she and her very capable staff, Sarah & Laura took care of everything. Her fee was 1/2 that of others we had contacted, yet we got twice the service with Nicole.

The best estate planner

I have done a couple Trusts with Nicole Newman over 15 years and she has to be the undisputed best Estate Planning attorney. She is highly knowledgeable and authentically looks after your best interest and your family. The details and the thorough aspects of how she runs her office is amazing. A cou...ple visits, and walks you through what you need to do step by stop to ensure your protection of your assets. There is nothing done without class in her office, the Estate Planning Portfolio is delivered with a beautiful binder organized and a USB chip. Above all she is approachable and kind. No ego or arrogance, like many other lawyers I have worked with. She makes this process as you are really learning something and doesn't mind the asking of simple questions. I highly recommend Nicole and will always refer her to my network of colleagues.

Most Satisfied with the Experience

We had Attorney Newman set up our Living Trust. From the very first meeting, we felt that we were in the best hands. Nicole Newman shines with competence, everything was clearly explained, all our concerns were addressed and our questions answered. All along, Nicole Newman and her team made all int...eractions very pleasant, not at all stressful, and we left each meeting feeling reassured and content with the progress made at that stage. Most highly recommend!

Trust Attorney

We contacted Nicole Newman as we were very dissatisfied with our prior trust attorney. We do not regret it! Nicole, Laura and Sarah were very attentive, efficient and competent in their handling of our affairs. Nicole was very thorough and drew us graphs on the chalkboard illustrating how our trus...t would work after our passing. We hope to continue our working relationship with Newman Law Group.

Fabulous

I had a 20 year old trust that had been revised a few times, but I had a feeling it wasn't quite right. So I looked around and found Nicole. She did the most amazing thorough job and discovered some serious problems with the old trust. She explained all of the options to us, she took us through (a...nd detailed in the trust) every possible scenario. Her office put the final document all together in a well organized binder that I know will make things much easier for my heirs to deal with. I highly recommend her and based on my previous experiences with other attorneys I'd put her at the top 1% in competence and customer service.
