Biography
Representing good, decent, hard-working folks is my passion. The majority of my clients have never been in trouble before, let alone arrested. They may be teachers, coaches, small business owners, nurses, grandparents, or students just trying to go about their daily lives when suddenly they find themselves caught up in a criminal justice system they don't understand. Suddenly, the Constitutional concepts they thought they knew seem non-existent. They're consumed by uncertainty, fear, and worry. Like most attorneys, I went to law school with the hope of making a difference in people's lives. Prosecuting for the State Attorney's Office was rewarding at times, but it wasn't until I became a criminal defense attorney that I really felt like I was able to make a positive, significant impact in people's lives.
