Biography
Before beginning the practice of law, I spent ten years in the United States Marine Corps flying F4 Phantoms and F/A-18 fighter aircraft on all-weather, day / night missions from land bases and aircraft carriers throughout the world.
I have been practicing criminal defense law for over twelve years and have handled thousands of felony, misdemeanor, violation of probation, DUI, driving offense, drug and financial crime cases.
Additionally, I spent several years practicing civil litigation in the areas of professional liability, premises liability, construction defect, personal injury, real estate and business disputes.
I make myself avaible 24/7 to my clients and I stay in constant communication.

Professional and knowledgeable
Had a DUI arrest with accident/property damage. Consulted with Mr. Hamlin and he listened and advocated for my case. He and his assistant Jenny made everything very easy for me and he was able to work out an acceptable plea deal with the minor charges dismissed. Would definitely use him again.

A True Godsend

Good guy, good office!
I ran into some pretty gruesome legal issues and it looked like an innocent man was to spend part of his life in prison w a defamed character and Mr Hamlin and his associate Jenny worked very hard to make sure my justice was served and that the facts were to judge me and not people... thank you guys ...
