Experienced, Dedicated Attorney; Highly Recommended!

Ms. Prevatte did a fantastic job of explaining the legal ramifications of my situation, providing me with my options, and setting expectations for my case. She always responded to my inquiries in a timely manner and she frequently communicated updates to me. Although my case was a minor one, she made... me feel as though it were a priority for her. I could not have asked for a better result or for better representation. I highly recommend Ms. Prevatte if you are looking for an experienced attorney in the Pensacola area.

Experienced and Honest

As a man in today's society it is not easy to apply for something domestic violence related. Mrs. Prevatte was extremely helpful and understanding every step of the process. She was always reachable and addressed all of my concerns and questions expeditiously. Her expertise and dedication to her craf...t allowed me to find the justice I was looking for. She was quick to explain the process and statutes that applied in great deal and always gave me copies of everything.

Hope I never need to but wouldn't use another Lawyer.

Valerie really helped me out of a felony possession of a firearm charge. I am from a state were a permit is not required to carry a pistol. During a routine traffic stop for speeding six miles over the speed limit I was arrested for carrying my pistol illegally in the state of Florida. She was respon...sive and presented all the pros and cons of each decision. She never pushed me to take the route that would be easiest on her. Valerie gave me all options that were available and took the route I chose without protest. She fought for my freedom and rights and was able to reach a very pleasing outcome. In the end we reached a deferred prosecution agreement and the case never went to trial. She did her best to make dealing with my case as convenient as possible often times appearing in court in my absence since I live out of state. I only had to travel back to Florida once. Not only were we able to prevent me from being prosecuted, she was also able to help me get possession of my firearm back. She is very compassionate and pleasant person to work with. In addition to Valerie's outstanding professionalism, her legal assistant was just as helpful. She too maintained a professional demeanor at all times and showed the appropriate compassion when necessary. She always kept me informed and was flexible with my payments within reason. I would recommend Valerie and her office to anyone needing a good defense lawyer to fight for your innocence.
