I cannot thank Ms Ricci enough for her tireless and excellent work on my behalf. I was born in the Philippines and started in 2011 trying to obtain my US passport. I was going round in circles until in 2016 I came across an article in The American Legion magazine where Ms Ricci was featured in an article about foreign born vets who were trying to obtain a passport. After 15 months of working with Ms Ricci and gathering information about my father I was finally approved to obtain my "certificate of citizenship". Ms Ricci came to New York to accompany me to my oath ceremony and for that I am very grateful also. This week I will be applying for my passport and know that without her hard work this would not be happening. Ms Ricci works pro bono for veterans and again I cannot thank her enough! She is a true professional and should be so proud of the work she is doing for the Vets!

Ms. Ricci is the most knowledgeable immigration attorney I've ever spoken with. She researched my issues/questions regarding citizenship and presented my best path forward. I am so thankful for her guidance.

Elizabeth assisted my husband with his legalization process. We were so pleased with our experience with Elizabeth that we have referred several friend to her to receive the same assistance as we previously needed. Every case was handled with preofessionalism and care. She is honest and is able to tell you up front if she can help you or if she cannot. We paid her one fee for her services and she did not charge extra for additional contact with her. I emailed her numerous times and spoke with her several times without experiencing additional costs. She was always readily available to answer my questions and concerns, throughout the process. We recently had her come to our mainly Latino congregation, to give a talk on immigration laws and upcoming changes to the existing immigration laws. The conference was a success. Various people were able to get answers to their questions and found the time with Elizabeth and her partner Mr. Rambana, very productive. Every experience and interaction with them has been positive and productive. I would highly recommend them for your immigration needs.

Ms. Ricci is fantastic. I went to her twice for consultation regarding my wife's adjustment of status. Although I told her I wanted to compete the process myself, she still provided me detail advice on how to move forward. And when I came with a list of questions she answer every question before I had to even ask! I greatly appreciate the assistance she provided us during this very trying process, and am thankful that there are people like Ms. Ricci working for those individuals wanting to come to the U.S.

Mrs. Ricci has assisted me two times since 2012. The first time she assisted was with my wife's immigration case. Although the process took through the end of December 2014, she kept me abreast of every step involved. My wife received her Permanent Residency in 2014. She also assisted us with getting our daughter over from Mexico. That process didn't take quite as long; but she continued to keep up abreast of all steps involved, answer any and all questions we had, and also making sure we were well prepared for both immigration appointments at the US Consulate in Ciudad Juarez. We highly recommend her, as she is very professional and extremely knowledgeable in all areas of immigration, no matter how simple or complex the case may be.
I must also say that the entire staff in her office is very easy to communicate and work with. In person meetings were always initiated with a smile, which is very important.
Thank you for your services.

First of all, I am a lawyer myself. And I have a PhD in International Law. And I know how lawyers do. Elizabeth is something outstanding. Professional, confident, precise and lighting in responding the mail. We got a NIW EB-2 for less than a year!!! Most other attorneys I met created a stories, asked for a big retainers and told scary tales! Elizabeth, just did her work 100% accurate and success!
Immigration world is full of myths, uncertainty and people who want to benefit on this! Rely only on professionals, Like Elizabeth, that have a sold background and a list of clients in this specific types of Visas!

I hired Elizabeth Ricci to file residency and then citizenship papers for my wife. Throughout the process, Elizabeth was exemplary in her performance. She was always professional and followed up on all her obligations. She reassured us when we were worried about how things were going. She called us whenever we needed to submit new paperwork and if we didn't immediately do as she asked she called again until we completed our task. Overall, from the moment we retained her, we knew that we were in excellent hands and felt we were very well represented. Needless to say, we were successful in all our efforts. I strongly and without any reservation recommend Elizabeth and her firm to anyone with an immigration issue.

I never thought that I would ever need an attorney. I first met Ms. Ricci as a law school student in 2014. She came to the law school to educate future attorneys about the law relating to immigration. Without a doubt, she comes across as an expert. In 2015, I had certain immigration issues come up out of no where. I was clueless up to the point I met Ms. Ricci. No one referred me to Ms. Ricci. It was just her presentation at the law school that resulted in my pursuit.
Most of us tend to take immigration lightly. But it is crucial to have the right advice at the right time. That is what Ms. Ricci and her firm did for me. She is an expert in her field. The surprising trait is her calmness, and her self established standard of professionalism. Every single word that she says and every single direction she requires from you, is nothing but gold. Do as she says and you will have no concerns at all. As a client, everyone develops several doubts and the usual 'what if' perspectives are bound to come up. But Ms. Ricci on the other hand steers around the issue with such simplicity and expertise, it instantaneously ends all doubts.
As a client, a lot of people can be found complaining that the attorney 'does not listen to their problem' and does not understand it at the same personal level as the client feels it. Ms. Ricci, on the other hand, is a class apart. She carefully listens and understands your perspective. Having done that, she provides the solution that suits law; but also in a way that suits the mindset of the individual client. This is a rare trait, gone missing from most present day professionals. This is what makes Ms. Ricci and her firm an exception in today's legal scenario. I used to think of her very highly. But with the ease that she solves legal issues, has raised her to "the ideal attorney."
I did not turn in a single document in time due to unavoidable circumstances. However, Ms. Ricci ensured that I did not lose track of my matter. Up until the very end, she kept providing indispensable guidance. Without her able advise and fine sense of judgment, I could have never resolved my immigration issues. As a lawyer, and also as a client -- I highly recommend "Rambana & Ricci Immigration Attorneys." Mr. Rambana, and the remaining staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. Kudos to them. I am sure that I will be needing them in the future as well. Come what may, I know I will knock no door but theirs.
Thank you Ms. Ricci. Not to forget Leslie, Kelsey, and everyone who makes the firm such a success. God speed to all of you.

I am another EB-2/NIW applicant successfully represented by Ms. Ricci. I highly recommend her services to all international scholars and other persons interested in adjusting their status. When I started considering applying for the green card, I spent many hours on studying the regulations and wondering whether I qualify for the EB-2 category. I also contacted several law firms, but none of them seemed to be interested in providing help with my application. Luckily, at some point I was recommended to schedule a consultation with Ms. Ricci.
In the following weeks, Ms. Ricci and her office staff provided me with prompt, comprehensive assistance in preparing my documentation, including the petition letter and other relevant materials. She also demonstrated deep familiarity with the continuously changing USCIS regulations, bylaws, and procedures. The entire process went smoothly, and my application was processed much faster than expected. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with Ms. Ricci’s services, starting from the very first consultation up to that final moment when I heard that my petition was accepted.

Elizabeth Ricci managed my application for a Green Card after I came to teach at FSU 13 years ago. I could never have done it without her, as there were a number of glitches, including an argument with an officer at USCIS as to whether I could return to UK to visit my elderly and frail mother. The whole process was, thanks to Elizabeth and Neil, completely stress-free. I am in the process of applying for renewal, which I am managing myself. On a number of occasions, however, I have needed advice which she has very kindly provided very promptly. If you are immigrating to the USA, I would say: you need a lawyer, and among the very best are Rambana and Ricci.
