Before hiring Elizabeth, I researched how likely someone with a Masters degree would get their NIW approved. My chances looked slim. A lot of people said I needed to have a PHD or be involved in research to have a solid case. It also did not help that a few friends of mine who had similar backgrounds... (Masters degree holders) had all gotten denied through a separate lawyer they had used at the time.
