EB2-NIW

Before hiring Elizabeth I had consulted 2 other lawyers who both told me that I did not qualify for any kind of permanent residency visa. A friend however recommended trying to reach out to Elizabeth who had helped her. When I first talk to Elizabeth she assured that we could do it and gave me the op...tion to either complete the I-140 process alone or the combine it with the I-485, but either way she thought that I had great chances to get my EB2 NIW approved. Fast forward and less than 12 months after filling, my I-140 has been approved and Elizabeth has been updating me during each and every step of this process. She a very kind, compassionate and competent lawyer. Definitely recommend her service.

Dr. Wilma Magdale-Pike

My husband and I consulted and hired the services of Attorney Elizabeth Ricci for my green card and my naturalization/US citizenship application process and approval. We are beyond grateful by her expert advice and guidance, her competence, experience and compassion as she journeyed with us from sta...rt to end. She is very detailed and transparent in telling us what works best, why and how without giving us "false hopes and promises". She offers a very strategic yet realistic advice and course of actions and still leaving us options to choose from and decide which path to take. She is very honest and transparent, yet very compassionate and patient with us. Who would have thought of me getting the three processes done, approved and completed within the day? We knew we took responsibilities from our end, but her strategic guidance and advice were, for us, very indispensable. We got the benefit of being guided professionally and of experiencing ease and peace of mind during the preparations, the actual interviews and the in between. Her team are also very supportive and approachable. Our investment is well worth! I highly recommend her services!

Professional and trustworthy

Attorney Elizabeth Ricci was helping me and my family with our immigration case (EB-2 NIW) from the very beginning till the very successful end. She was exactly as you would expect the best immigration lawyer to be: professional, attentive, and caring. Her experience and expertise allowed us to go th...rough the whole process promptly and smoothly. I appreciated her flexibility and creativity in solving all the issues that arose on our way. Also, the paralegals who worked with Ms. Ricci were very effective and helpful. If you are searching for a reliable and trustworthy immigration lawyer do not look any further – Elizabeth Ricci is the one!

Thank you so much Ms. Ricci!

I was referred to Ms. Ricci by a friend whose family she had helped with the immigration process. I had a phone consultation with her and immediately I could tell that she was a kind and professional person. We discussed all the options and she made everything clear to me from the very beginning. Wha...t I loved most about her is that she listened to me, calmed my fears and helped me with my EB2 (NIW) visa application. She kept me updated throughout the whole process, answered/handled emails and phone calls promptly and I can say that if you do not understand immigration law, Ms. Ricci is the go to person. I would not have navigated this process without her wise counsel and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Thank you very much Ms. Ricci and will consult with you soon regarding my husband's residency.

Highly recommended

Mrs. Ricci was amazing! She helped me with my EB2 visa. She was very professional and well-informed and always with a backup strategy which make you feel confident and more secure throughout the entire process. I can find the right word to express my gratitude to her, for the excellent work, compassi...on and integrity. Complex processes like this are in need for people that have answers for every question, professionals that will act to save you, and your family time, money and give you in the end the possibility to live the American dream. That is why I highly recommend Elizabeth.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
