Made our American Dreem to come true!

First of all, I am a lawyer myself. And I have a PhD in International Law. And I know how lawyers do. Elizabeth is something outstanding. Professional, confident, precise and lighting in responding the mail. We got a NIW EB-2 for less than a year!!! Most other attorneys I met created a stories, asked... for a big retainers and told scary tales! Elizabeth, just did her work 100% accurate and success! Immigration world is full of myths, uncertainty and people who want to benefit on this! Rely only on professionals, Like Elizabeth, that have a sold background and a list of clients in this specific types of Visas!

Exemplary Attorney

I hired Elizabeth Ricci to file residency and then citizenship papers for my wife. Throughout the process, Elizabeth was exemplary in her performance. She was always professional and followed up on all her obligations. She reassured us when we were worried about how things were going. She called ...us whenever we needed to submit new paperwork and if we didn't immediately do as she asked she called again until we completed our task. Overall, from the moment we retained her, we knew that we were in excellent hands and felt we were very well represented. Needless to say, we were successful in all our efforts. I strongly and without any reservation recommend Elizabeth and her firm to anyone with an immigration issue.

Precision, professionalism, and unmatched expertise.

I never thought that I would ever need an attorney. I first met Ms. Ricci as a law school student in 2014. She came to the law school to educate future attorneys about the law relating to immigration. Without a doubt, she comes across as an expert. In 2015, I had certain immigration issues come up ou...t of no where. I was clueless up to the point I met Ms. Ricci. No one referred me to Ms. Ricci. It was just her presentation at the law school that resulted in my pursuit. Most of us tend to take immigration lightly. But it is crucial to have the right advice at the right time. That is what Ms. Ricci and her firm did for me. She is an expert in her field. The surprising trait is her calmness, and her self established standard of professionalism. Every single word that she says and every single direction she requires from you, is nothing but gold. Do as she says and you will have no concerns at all. As a client, everyone develops several doubts and the usual 'what if' perspectives are bound to come up. But Ms. Ricci on the other hand steers around the issue with such simplicity and expertise, it instantaneously ends all doubts. As a client, a lot of people can be found complaining that the attorney 'does not listen to their problem' and does not understand it at the same personal level as the client feels it. Ms. Ricci, on the other hand, is a class apart. She carefully listens and understands your perspective. Having done that, she provides the solution that suits law; but also in a way that suits the mindset of the individual client. This is a rare trait, gone missing from most present day professionals. This is what makes Ms. Ricci and her firm an exception in today's legal scenario. I used to think of her very highly. But with the ease that she solves legal issues, has raised her to "the ideal attorney." I did not turn in a single document in time due to unavoidable circumstances. However, Ms. Ricci ensured that I did not lose track of my matter. Up until the very end, she kept providing indispensable guidance. Without her able advise and fine sense of judgment, I could have never resolved my immigration issues. As a lawyer, and also as a client -- I highly recommend "Rambana & Ricci Immigration Attorneys." Mr. Rambana, and the remaining staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. Kudos to them. I am sure that I will be needing them in the future as well. Come what may, I know I will knock no door but theirs. Thank you Ms. Ricci. Not to forget Leslie, Kelsey, and everyone who makes the firm such a success. God speed to all of you. .

Rambana and Ricci: outstanding immigration attorneys

Elizabeth Ricci managed my application for a Green Card after I came to teach at FSU 13 years ago. I could never have done it without her, as there were a number of glitches, including an argument with an officer at USCIS as to whether I could return to UK to visit my elderly and frail mother. The wh...ole process was, thanks to Elizabeth and Neil, completely stress-free. I am in the process of applying for renewal, which I am managing myself. On a number of occasions, however, I have needed advice which she has very kindly provided very promptly. If you are immigrating to the USA, I would say: you need a lawyer, and among the very best are Rambana and Ricci.

National Interest Waiver

Ms. Ricci helped me get my GC through NIW. I thought my credentials were relatively weak but with her extensive experiences in NIW, Ms. Ricci presented my case to look strong. Thanks to her, we were able to convince the immigration officer and get my petition approved.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
