Dependable and Reliable

After consulting with different lawyers on my situation, Attorney Ricci was the one that felt I had a good case. Even though I was skeptical in my own case, I trusted her belief in the possibility of a positive outcome. She was 100% correct. Throughout the process her and her team were prompt with... their responses and were professional. I would highly recommend working with Attorney Ricci to anyone that is in need of a immigration lawyer.

Not enough thank-you's for Ms. Ricci and her A-team!

As a PhD holder in a multidisciplinary field of Physics/Engineering, I always wanted to further my career here, in the US. An acquaintance of mine (who was also Ms. Ricci's client) suggested I talk to Ms. Ricci to see if she could assist me with the application. I started the permanent resident... application with filing for I-140 and finished it by submitting the I-485, work permit, and travel forms. In my case, the entire process took about two years. I would recommend Ms. Ricci's services to anyone who chooses the EB2-NIW path for the following reasons: 1. She successfully handled my lady friend and sister's cases (all three of us graduated university with the same specialization in our home country - Physics). Moreover, I and my sister agree on Ms. Ricci's unique style of helping her clients. 2. Given the complication of the immigration system, Ms. Ricci is knowledgeable and therefore, knows what she's doing. 3. She is always available to answer your questions, no matter how trivial or involved they are. Also, you can count on your messages being answered in a timely manner. I was quite surprised when I had my inquiries answered on weekends and holidays even after normal work hours. Long story short, hiring her was an excellent decision. As such, I strongly recommend Ms. Ricci's services to anyone who wishes to apply for US permanent residence without employer sponsorship.

Green card application through marriage

Dr. Ricci helped me and my husband apply for my green card. I would recommend her with no hesitation. I talked with 6 lawyers before her that said I was not elegible to apply for a green card or kept saying the process was complicated because it was a "difficult interpretation of the law". I even tal...ked with the US immigration office phone call services and the person that answered also said I was not elegible to apply for the green card. Dr. Ricci, did it with no problem and less than a year after my application I had a green card for 10 years. Also, before Dr. Ricci I had a lawyer from my work attorney insurance (Hyatt legal) who made me and my husband do unnecessary immigration petitions (I found out after I hired Dr. Ricci). My experience with this attorney has been great, she is very honest and has a better understanding of the law than most attorneys I have been in contact with.

Employment Based Immigration

Elizabeth was able to guide us through the immigration process for my wife who was a dependent applicant along with me. Even though my application was handled by my employer's attorney, Elizabeth was able to work with them in submitting both our application together. Also, during our process, as ther...e were law changes due to Executive Order, she was extremely helpful with providing clarification on how those laws will affect our application through videos posted on her youtube channel and also email. I would highly recommend her for any immigration cases as she had provided excellent service.

Excellent immigration lawyer

A friend of mine recommended Ms. Ricci as an immigration lawyer, as I was planning to apply for a Green Card, but had no idea what my chances were. We contacted Ms. Ricci in 2018, Summer, had a long conversation with her over the phone, told her about my (and my husband's) educational background, abo...ut our current immigration situation and other specific questions that support ones eligibility to apply for a green card and increase the chances to get one. Throughout the application process, she and her company Rambana&Ricci provided legal support (NIW application), let us know about the updates in our case, quicky answered our questions or concerns and have been helpful, patient, knowledgeable and professional. We sent our papers in December, 2018 and it took about one year and 8 months to receive my Green Card. I must say I am thankful to Ms. Ricci for her help and professional work. I hope those of you that read my review and are in need to talk to a reputable, fantastic immigration lawyer or are in a situation similar to the one I was back in 2018 (H4 with an advanced degree), will contact her because it is possible she'll change your lives. It is a lengthy process, but Ms. Ricci will make sure the papers you submit and the application process gets smooth. Good luck to you!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
