Luke is Highly rated by the Florida bar based on other reviews, but horrible communicator. Will not give you much time to go over your case individually leading into the case, nor did he consult with me prior to filing a motion to extend the case. Even following the case, told me to refer back on m...y emails regarding questions instead of trying to help me answer them. I spoke with Luke the most when we were discussing payment but since the payment, did not speak with him much. Even in court, most attorneys will meet with you prior to discuss the case individually to talk about the “game plan”. I did not have this opportunity with Luke. He also spoke with the Plaintiff more than myself and spoke with them outside of the courtroom without me or consulting me first. If you want to feel like you just threw your money away to the wind without really understanding the case in its entirety and the possible alternative outcomes, hire this guy.

completely satisfied

In our first meeting, Luke explained clearly the process we would be going through together to resolve my case. Everything went exactly as he had predicted, one step following the next. I was never caught by surprise or blindsided a single time. He did a tremendous amount of research and work on m...y behalf in a thoroughly professional manner, and my case was ultimately resolved to my complete satisfaction. I can recommend him wholeheartedly.

Amazing!!

Luke was professional, thorough, and very accessible! He was upfront about all fees, his honest opinion of the case, and all the possible outcomes! He not only went above and beyond the norm, ALL CHARGES WERE DISMISSED! He immediately saw my case for what it was... and handled it accordingly! I can n...ot begin to express my respect and appreciation for his skills. I will definitely be recommending him to others in the future!

Great Lawyer!

Mr. Newman is clear about his plan for the case and immediately takes action. He is fair with fees and tells you up front what will be expected. He always returned calls and emails with promptness, even after the case is over, he is willing to give guidance if you have questions. I came to him panic ...stricken and he listened to my case and took action right away. I was always in the loop, as he contacted me with updates, and he gave clear and honest guidance on situations when they arose. I felt completely at ease having him represent me and am thankful for his help in getting my charges dropped and case closed.

DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN- LUKE NEWMAN

Luke Newman was never available to speak with me ONCE I paid my money for my case. Every time I called him he would let his secretary answer and give me the run around about my case. Then he would file motions that I was unaware of. The only time he responded to emails was when he wanted money.
