Got the job done!

I found myself in an unfortunate situation and needed an attorney. Luke Newman was responsive, caring (yet sometimes short) but dedicated to my case. Great guy

“No arrest, case dismissed” “I hired Luke Newman to represent me during a criminal investigation regarding a sensitive matter. Luke communicated with authorities who ultimately made a decision not to make any physical arrest. When the case was eventually brought in court, there was a l...egal issue with the State’s filing. Luke recognized this issue from the start and kept me informed. Ultimately, because of the legal issue, Luke filed a motion to dismiss the case with legal argument. The judge scheduled a hearing. The State acknowledged Luke’s arguments and dismissed the case a few days prior to the hearing. I never had to go to jail and never even had to go to the courthouse. I was kept up to date the entire time. I am happy that the matter is now fully behind me. I am happy with the outcome Luke brought about.”

Mr. Newman made the “impossible” POSSIBLE

I hired Mr. Newman to represent me in a very sensitive case that had dire implications, after many doors were close to manage my case, Mr. Newman was confident and straight forward from the beginning. He was clear about the fees of the case and keeping me up to date and informed about the steps to fo...llowed, he was quick to answered every email, since I live down in central Florida it was important for me to keep an open communication with him, he didn’t fail to informe me very step of the way. Mr. Newman worked the case and eventually had the prosecutor and judge working for my interest. The case was resolved with the best outcome and based on that I avoided the potential dire consequences. I can tell Mr. Newman is well respected by the other attorneys. When I had to go to court he was confident, prepared and profesional. I was very happy with Mr. Newman representation and professionalism. He made the impossible, POSSIBLE.

Luke Newman made my "nightmare" manageable and easy.

My bad decision led me to Mr. Newman with my first felony possession charge. I live several hours away from the place where the incident took place. He handled all negotiations and court appearances, advocating for me in my absence, and was able to get me into a deferral program local to me so that u...pon my completion, the felony will be dropped from my record. I am so thankful!

A Lawyer Dedicated to Protecting his Clients

I would highly recommend Attorney Luke Newman. I am familiar with Luke Newman’s work on a case he recently handled. The case was challenging, and if were not for his efforts in carefully investigating the case, evaluating the facts and professionally (but aggressively) arguing for and obtaining a fav...orable disposition, the outcome could have been much different. Luke Newman is an excellent criminal defense attorney.
