Luke is Highly rated by the Florida bar based on other reviews, but horrible communicator. Will not give you much time to go over your case individually leading into the case, nor did he consult with me prior to filing a motion to extend the case. Even following the case, told me to refer back on m...y emails regarding questions instead of trying to help me answer them. I spoke with Luke the most when we were discussing payment but since the payment, did not speak with him much. Even in court, most attorneys will meet with you prior to discuss the case individually to talk about the “game plan”. I did not have this opportunity with Luke. He also spoke with the Plaintiff more than myself and spoke with them outside of the courtroom without me or consulting me first. If you want to feel like you just threw your money away to the wind without really understanding the case in its entirety and the possible alternative outcomes, hire this guy.
