Biography
I am a Jacksonville native, an entrepreneur, and a dedicated advisor
with a holistic approach to the practice of law. In serving individuals
and businesses throughout Florida, I make it a priority to get to
know my clients and build relationships. My preventative lawyering
mindset is a cornerstone to my practice. Through this, I am able to meet
current client needs and anticipate future risks. I believe in peace of mind and
peace at heart.
In addition to estate planning and asset protection services, I
handle Medicaid planning and probate matters. I also have an in-
depth understanding of business operations and provide legal services
to small business owners. These services range from contract drafting,
lease review, and business formation to negotiations and general
counsel services. I have served business clients in a wide range of
industries including restaurant, insurance, retail, and consulting.
