I would not recommend. Critical criteria were advice, professionalism, communications, and follow-through. I am a landlord that needed support evicting and pursuing damages with a tenant. The initial consultation was very good. She presenter herself as knowledgeable and focused on the critical... issues. However, after she received her upfront payment, Alisa's level of effort and interest dropped of significantly. She pushed emails and follow-up to her staff who were ineffective. When she did respond, her council was brief, confusing and not comprehensive. As a result, I often had to do my own research and follow-up with here on what I learned. Additionally, throughout the process, I needed to continually follow-up to ensure tasks were completed and followed through. No sense of urgency or understanding of timing by Alisa. In front of the judge, Alisa did not do well. We had a pre-meeting the day before and she completely changed strategy just prior to the hearing. As a result, she came across un-organized and un-prepared. The judged needed to stop several times to re-ask questions and get clarifications. After the hearing, Alisa did not follow-up on any of the tasks we agreed to despite multiple messages to her. She just quit working.

I met Mrs. Wilkes in 12/2010 as my lawyer. I was very impressed with how she fully explained the issues. Not once did I feel imtimadated since my terminology was not as sharp as hers, if I did not fully understand, she would break it down in words that I did understand. I am very happy with my outco...me and would use her again over and over if she covers whatever I am in need of. I have recomended Alisa to people and friends that could use her services.
