I used this firm when I was going through a divorce. She kept asking for more money over what we had initially agreed on. I didn't receive anything I asked for, it was almost as if she was working for my ex. My ex didn't have a lawyer and obviously didn't need one since I had this one. You will be rerouted and giving messages to everyone in the building before you get anyone of importance. Secondly, when you do finally talk to an attorney they treat you like an employee (forgetting who is really paying the bills). Finally, when you complain they belittle you with snooty comments. I used Cindy for a family dispute. Thousands of dollars and months and months of trying to settle this dispute and still no resolution. She avoids your calls and her office is completely unable to handle even the most basic tasks. The left hand has no clue what the right hand is doing.
