10,000 dollars down the drain. She is a bad lawyer money pit. Don’t waste your life on her understanding your needs or your case. All the people that gave here 5 stars work for her. She have staff writing her good reviews. You will lose your case hiring her. She will not show for court she will se...nd another body that don’t know your case she will not file your papers to the court on time and she will avoid your calls. If you talk with her she will charge you for your calls and tell you all the money you paid her was you up when she talked to you. Don’t worry she will be sweet when she rob you blind

I feel like I hired a paralegal and not Cindy herself. All communication was with her paralegals. 2 or 3 conversations with her over 9 months. Never got a returned phone call - everything was by email. After spending close to $10,000 nothing was resolved. She even made an offer to opposing couns...el we knew nothing about. When called on the carpet, she withdrew as counsel leaving us high and dry and thousands wasted. Would not recommend for anything - run the other way!

I hired THE LASKY LAW FIRM when I changed from another attorney because my CMC recommended them. Cyndi Lasky and John Clark both worked on my case. My ex made my divorce crazy. I just retired from the Navy and my prior attorney he did not really know anything about Navy cases. Mrs. Lasky was virtu...ally a expert during mediation but my ex was bitter and mean and she wanted stuff that was crazy. We had to have a trial and see the judge. Mr. Clark did my trial for me because I had to deploy and do it quick. He was just as awesome as Lasky. I am happy with the results and Desiree' from that firm was awesome too. The big thing is they got my military retirement right. Many in the firm are military and they know what they are doing. I have already recommended and sent over more people to the firm for help and they were just as happy as me.

This attorney is somewhat knowledgeable and is known as a "bulldog," if she shows up. Oftentimes, it seemed that she had so much going on that she could not give me her undivided attention. Billing still was assessed whether she caused a delay in relaying information or had you on hold or whatever th...e case may have been. During very important times (i.e., scheduled meetings, court hearing) in my case, she was not present. Other office attorneys filled in for her because she had a more "pressing case" that she was involved in previously. A month down the road if you try to touch base with the "substitute" attorney, you'll find it's likely that they don't even work there any longer. People in the community was very well aware of this. I wish I had known as well. I often wondered if this attorney was really on my side. I have definitely shared my experience with others. Research, research, research!!!!

After paying 2,500 $ and 3 months of bs from the Lawsky firm . I had to fire them for making me promises that never happen time after Time they would tell me of this will be handle next court day when they didn't even get me a court date ! I've never met a law firm that charges for a consultation ! T...his firm is the worst attorneys I've ever met ! And the charge me to fire them!
