Replied last March 25, 2017For those who review this post, I must acknowledge my disappointment in the post itself. I acknowledge that legal cases are very stressful and very expensive, especially where custody disputes are at issue. In our firm, we offer reduced hourly rates, reduced initial retainers, monthly payments and other financial options as the case will allow, to assist the client when the case becomes active and expensive, and each of those options was provided in this case. In order to achieve success, the client has to be committed, both financially and personally to the case, just as we were. That did not happen in this case. Each of our attorneys and staff works diligently and compassionately for our clients as they are very important to us. We provide every type of financial assistance we can, in order to prove our dedication but again, we cannot do this without client commitment.

Patient and persistent
My experience with Ms. Lasky and her staff has been wonderful. She is attentive to my issues and concerns, and patient with my case and the personalities involved. Her method is straight, no-nonsense arguments. Very thorough and intelligent.
