Susan Pamela Pniewski

Susan was highly recommend from a friend. He used her for child support and she excelled. I hired her for divorce/child support. I already filed abt 4 months prior and was advised this would be easy. My asks weren’t much at all. Almost 3 years later, nothing has been done. They have not turned in pap...erwork in a timely manner. Communication is horrible. Billing-your fees are your fees and I’m okay with that but not knowing where retainer went and still being charged after you advised them you couldn’t afford what they were asking is insane. Not only did they drop the ball-I was contacted and sent information that didn’t pertain to my case. I said several times I wanted to speak with Susan. Spoke with her twice in close to three years-once bc I went to the office. The only thing done on their end was a request to produce. Save yourself a headache. I paid balance in full and asked for a copy of my file and was referred to the court website. lol

Prior to hiring Sue, I had filed most of my divorce paperwork. However, my ex-husband got greedy and I thought it best to further protect myself. I hired Sue in. Not only was her team disorganized and always referenced other cases when talking to me. My results were daunting . I never received child... support during the case and even still the support is minimum. The divorce took mr almost 2 years!! In short. The problem was not the charges the problem was the inconsistency, unavailability, LACK OF: PROFESSIONALISM, AWARENESS, COMMUNICATION, and plenty more. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this firm to anyone. Susan is ok but her team needs SUBSTANTIAL work.

I came to Ms. Pniewski's office a little over 8 yrs ago and I couldn't be any happier with the results I have gotten. My case wasn't easy and she was up for the challenge. Believe me when I say it was a rocky road with my ex just to see my daughter. Moving forward anything I have needed in my case Ms.... Pniewski is on the spot trying to help me and figure out our next step and move to take action. I would and have recommended her to many people I know whom are in the same boat as I was those long 8 yrs ago. I know when I call she always stops and gives me her undivided attention. I couldn't be where I am today with my daughter without her ( I know I fired my former attorney who wouldn't listen or do anything in my case). I have 5 more yrs until my daughter turns 18 and thank goodness I have the best lawyer intown on speed dial if I have anymore issues.

I've used her on more than one occasion and sent many friends to her. All of us would use her again. No matter what the situation is just be honest with her and she will move mountains to get you the best results possible. She will never give in and take the easy route. Susan is by far the best at wh...at she does.
