Susan was highly recommend from a friend. He used her for child support and she excelled. I hired her for divorce/child support. I already filed abt 4 months prior and was advised this would be easy. My asks weren’t much at all. Almost 3 years later, nothing has been done. They have not turned in pap...erwork in a timely manner. Communication is horrible. Billing-your fees are your fees and I’m okay with that but not knowing where retainer went and still being charged after you advised them you couldn’t afford what they were asking is insane. Not only did they drop the ball-I was contacted and sent information that didn’t pertain to my case. I said several times I wanted to speak with Susan. Spoke with her twice in close to three years-once bc I went to the office. The only thing done on their end was a request to produce. Save yourself a headache. I paid balance in full and asked for a copy of my file and was referred to the court website. lol

She has to be the most spread thin, admittedly ' burned out" she told me the night before our trial. Their email system " is not functioning properly" for the last 9 months so they respond to about 2% of inquiries, which is about the same for return calls vrs msgs left. Then after she cost me the t...rial. She testified that she " was too busy with other cases and could only talk to me after midnight!" Half of my biz was given to my ex when he PREVIOUSLY TESTIFIED that it was premarital and he didnt' expect it, but she wasn't paying attention!
