Excellent service!
Ms. Schoemakers helped me put together my will and power of attorney documents. She was very patient and took the time to explain how each document worked and would effect my family. She was knowledgeable and answered every question I had without getting the least frustrated. She was reasonably priced and worth every penny.

Gratia breaks down everything in layman's terms for you. You have a clear outline of what you do have in place, and what is additionally needed so that your estate is completely taken care of without having to go into probate. Most people believe that a will or living will is enough... but it is simply not the truth...

You need to hire this lawyer!
Grace is extremely helpful and kind as I had many questions as I worked on my daughter' plan. My husband and I are so appreciative of her help and her thorough knowledge of what needs to be done in case of any "what if's". Her great knowledge and skills impresses us immensely. She even found things in my mother's will that her lawyer overlooked. I highly recommend Grace to everyone!

Understanding and compassionate
Ms. Schoemakers answered my question with clear understanding and compassion even though she doesn't practice in my state. This was in stark contrast to responses that I received from a very inconsiderate lawyer. If I could've hired her, I absolutely would have. It's clear she answered my question just to help; not looking for a client. And her answer from Texas was more helpful than responses from within my state!

She fights fights strong
I went with Gratia to a mediation; she was very detailed. The fact that I got everything I hoped to get from the mediation and more was all thanks to Gratia. The mediation was only 4 hours long and she made sure that every hour was well accounted for. The opposing counsel worked hard to dismiss my requests but Gratia fought hard for me. I'm truly grateful to her.

I couldn't have been more fortunate than to have Gratia Schoemakers as my attorney. Over the many years that I have used her services, she has assisted me on several matters related to my business. She has helped me in contactual matters and employment situations. She has represented me with vigor in several situations in a way that opposing counsel has complimented me on my attorney!! Ms. Schoemakers was there for me when I fell ill and needed to sell my business so that I could retire. She handled everything for me from start to finish and negotiated a deal I didn't dare to dream off! Over the years that I have relied on Ms. Schoemakers for my legal matters she has been professional in every regard, she has not hesitated to handle every minutia when I needed her most.
