Biography
Erik T. Silevitch, Esq. is originally from Andover, Massachusetts, just outside of Boston. He attended the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, where he majored in legal studies, and was a participant of numerous honors projects involving alternate dispute resolution.
After obtaining his Bachelor of Arts Degree, Erik moved to Fort Lauderdale to pursue his law degree at the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University, where he graduated in 2011. Throughout the duration of law school, he gained valuable legal experiences as an intern for the Broward County Public Defender’s office, as well as with a civil litigation firm; Shuster & Saben, LLC., in Plantation, Florida.
Erik became a member of The Florida Bar in 2011 and joined a large firm that specialized in civil litigation focusing on real estate litigation in Florida for large corporate clients across the United States. Erik quickly became a skilled litigation and trial attorney for the firm that earned him recognition by his peers.
Erik has since become a founding partner at Legal Advocates, PLLC, a boutique law firm, where he has devoted his civil litigation knowledge and experience to his clients and their interests.
