I called and called left messages, I was told that my case manager would contact me, but I never heard anything back after numerous calls and e-mails. I felt like once they get my money I take a second seat to them. I wish I had did more research before hiring them. They lied to me regarding my payments, told me that my payment amount had been decreased. Because of their mistake my family will possibly loss our home. I wish I had did more research before hiring them. I see that they have been sued and there are several negative reviews with similar complaints

We provided updated financial information but his office did not update our file and we were viewed by the court and the trustee as with-holding financial info. It took his office six-eight months to notify us that our case was being dismissed due to late payment, due to his office not updating our file and notifying us that the court went up on our payment due to their (the law office) neglect for not updating our file with the current financial info.

Mr. Collier was professional and courteous during our free phone consultation. He explained all of the different options available to me and then gave his opinion on which ones he thought would be the most effective. We ended up filing a chapter 7 through his Orlando Office.
There we met with Attorney Miller who was equally knowledgeable and courteous. Mr. Miller explained the process and all of the details of our chapter 7 case and we were filed within only two days of meeting with him.
Overall, we were very impressed with this law firm and would definitely recommend (and HAVE recommended) to friends and family.
