My wife had some serious disputes with one of her first Landlords in 2004 To the point that we needed to move her business. The landlord filed for a judgement against her, We were referred to Max by a friend. I first came to Max about 5 years ago seeking consumer law advice due to some complications from from a foreclosure and other financial issues that dated back to the 2008 housing crises. He was very generous and understanding of my situation and gave me sage advice on several occasions, despite the f...act that I hadn't retained him as an attorney (yet). He went way out of his way to help, when he certainly wasn't obligated to. Fast forward to 2017, several things happened and I found myself 100% in-need of a consumer protection attorney. Mr. Story was the only one on my list due to how nice and generous he was in the years prior. We actually had several cases come out of the woodwork from 2017 to 2018 and he and his team worked hard to get me out of the legal mess I found myself in. Max worked hard for me and we won favorable outcomes in all instances! My legal woes are now behind me and I can honestly say Max isn't just a really good attorney, he's a good friend and it feels great knowing that I have a friend like Max Story. My family and I are very grateful for the work Max did, words can't describe how amazing it was to watch Max turn it all around when things looked pretty bleak for us.
