I hired Mr Esposito for two separate legal actions. The first action was dealing with a unreasonable Homeowners Association. They overstepped thier authority and Mr Esposito indentified the legal deficiencies in thier argument and previaled in pretrial negotiations. After his prowess in our first... engagement I reengaged Counselor Esposito in an wrongful termianation suit. He successed in securing me a cash award that reflected my poor treatment and systematic abuse. Since these two specific successful cases I use Mr Esposito as my family attorney for any legal concerns. In a country where everything is of a legal nature it is nice to say talk to my attorney, and in my case, my attorney is Chuck Espostio.

I am a long term client. Reading the postings here, clearly very uneducated people in business, particularly the legal field. I would like better communication, but I don't want to pay a fee to find out no news. Regardless, he has handled several family issues for me, and my ex has kept me in c...ourt 10 yrs...I wouldn't hire anyone else.

I love his new interaction system, MYCASE! I can review my documents, add to them, leave notes that I think are important, and email him directly with my concerns. This has drastically cut down on my bill and gave me a way to monitor my case without having to call him all the time. I LOVE IT. Dur...ing trial prep, he was able to print all of my notes and we discussed what to do based on those notes! It was a great experience. And it worked great at trial!! Chuck's experience with DCF against my ex was great, as well as getting an injunction against my ex as well as supervised visitation. It did take longer than I expected, and I did get frustrated thinking Chuck gave too many concessions to my ex, but in the end that stategy was great because at trial it showed the Judge that I was really trying to work it out and it made my ex look crazy!! Thanks Chuck, you are the BOMB!

I have used Chuck since 1993. Once major intrerstate custody case, two adoptions, two wills, and two probates. I am sick to read the other two reviews. They are clearly short sighted people who have no compassion. I have known Chuck for a very long time, and like everyone else, he has good and ...bad times. For me, I have used 4 other attorneys, several in St. Augustine, and while they may not ask for as much of a retainer, you want to talk about nit pick a bill!! Chuck does not do that. There are many things he does not charge for. He also does not run from your case just because you can't pay your bill every month. He works with you on payments. He may not call you back every time you want your hand held, but as a client, I don't want to pay $300 an hour to have it held either. I hire a lawyer not a wet nurse. He did everything I asked him to as long as I was able to pay for the work. Anyone else that says anything different just wants something for free and are crying because it didn't work. You get what you pay for. You want the best, pay for it! I would hire him for any and everything! I don't trust anyone else.
