5 year Felony /Misdemeanor/Restitution Ordeal!

Wow is my best desrciption of Chuck on the Job. This case carried on for 5 years. Chuck was on top of every detail thru many showings in court room. Finally going to trial he was awesome on the stage of cross examining witnesses. I was so proud to have him represent me . At end of 5 years we celebra...ted no convictions and no restitution which was proven bogus by his hard research and breaking down claimant. I will with no doubt call him if ever need help again. Very stressful 5 years ends with celebration. TY Charles A. Esposito

Best thing since the meatball!

Charles is an adequate lawyer, straight to the point and gets the job done. I had a great experience being a client of his on our long journey to a successful trail & a winning outcome in my custody case. Charles will be my first call if any need for a lawyer occurs in the future. Thank you Mr. Espos...ito for your time and patience!

Sounded Like The Best Final Judgement To Me That Day

I am a repeat client of Charles Esposito. I know who the previous February 3, 2019 "anonymous" author is who wrote his post to AVVO. I happened to be in the Courtroom during this trial. Esposito did a great job, the Court stated directly to Esposito that he did a great job and "anonymous" a pipe f...itter from The State of Michigan shook Esposito's hand and was all smiles when the decision came in. After the final judgment, which Esposito clearly won for "anonymous", I do not know what happened or what caused these comments to be posted. I don't know why "anonymous" lied in his post and I don't know what happened after the trial I observed, but I do know that it was after observing the trial, that I decided to hire Mr. Esposito for my own case. I hate it that people who have a beef with their life circumstances often times pick on their lawyers. I am no fan of attorneys in general, but Mr. Esposito is one of the best ones I've ever experienced or heard of. I hope people who read these things ignore "anonymous". Attorney Esposito has always done right by me and I happen to be in the unique position that I actually saw this trial. Anonymous is inaccurate to say the least. John

Admonishment issued in FL, 2003

updated on 07/16/2014

An admonition means an attorney did something wrong but may still practice law. The Bar gives the lawyer an admonition in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

Charles’s comment:

“The admonshment resulted in a time where computers were just beginning to index and cataloge client files. This was a conflict of interest issue where without full disclosure from the client (which did not occur in this case) there was very little way of knowing who would be involved until after discovery began and conflict was recognized. After that while freely removing myself from the case, by expected standards, the damage had ethical violation had already occured.”
