For me he is the most Knowledgeable Child Custody/Family and Criminal Lawyer in Florida

In my experience attorney Charles A. Esposito "Chuck" is a legal eminence, a live legal encyclopedia. He should be a Judge or an expert university professor. My suggestion to potential new clients is to call him today, he offers a free phone or free in-person consultation so you can make the right ...decision. He is kind and reasonable and he won't overcharge you for his legal work. One advice I can give you to maximize Charles's expertise and legal representation is to bring your evidence and facts summarized and organized, Charles is direct and he likes to go to the point. You tell him one word and he already understands the big picture, due to his 38+ years of experience with family and criminal cases, first in New York and then in Florida. Don't think about it twice. I was thinking of doing PRO SE representation when a person represents themselves in court without an attorney, but that would have been my worst mistake. Hiring Charles was the best thing I could have ever done, and the best investment ever paid for the future of my children. Every dollar you pay to Charles you will receive multiplied by 1000% in legal peace of mind. In my case, my ex-wife has been lying and alienating my children from me, and such an expert lawyer like Mr. Charles A. Esposito can be your best ally in this difficult legal battle.

Bulldog of an attorney!

After my first attorney dropped the ball during my (ongoing) custody case, I felt so hopeless and lost. I am so incredibly thankful to find Charles Esposito! Not only did he agree to be my attorney in the middle of my ongoing case but also quickly cleaned up the mess left by my prior representation. ...Charles has worked diligently and I truly feel like he is on my side. He has been nothing short of amazing, going above and beyond to win my case. He said once to me that he was a human lie detector and it was put to test when he deposed my ex, he knew the questions to ask and after spending the last year stressing about my case- I was finally able to take a deep breath and relax after Charles was able to ask the hard-hitting questions that are needed to win. He makes him self available even when he’s out of the office when there’s an emergency and always gets back to you in a prompt manner. Only hire him if you are looking for an incredibly personable, hardworking, family man of an attorney that will go above and beyond for this clients!

Excellent family law attorney!!!

When I started the process of my divorce I was nervous and scared. I was married to an addict for 19 years with 2 small children and I felt lost. Thru a friend I found Katrina Muse with Muse Law. I contacted her for a consultation and after a 3 hour conversation on the phone I knew she was exactly ...who I needed. I soon realized Esposito Law Works with Muse Law and would also represent me. Mr. Esposito met with me several times and thoroughly explained the trial process and what to expect going forward. Both attorneys were with me every step of the way I am beyond grateful to have Mr. Esposito and Ms. Muse in my corner representing me then, now and in the future may I need them.

Broker owner of a real estate company

After 50 years in business, one gets involved in legal issues from time to time. Charles has now handled two different matters for us. One was a defense of a law suit filed against us in an arbitration case that we won. Chuck said we had a winning case and should not settle for anything but the ful...l amount owed us. We found out today that he was right and gave us very good advice. I would hire him again in a heart beat

Perfect Family attorney

I originally hired a different corporate company attorney.. and then fired the original attorney.. that’s when I came across Chuck. He is a very knowledgeable man and kept me informed and up to date throughout. You must be patient with him and same goes for all attorneys, but the outcome from your pa...tience will most definitely pay off.. it has been a pleasure working with him and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!!

This was a conflict of interest issue where without full disclosure from the client (which did not occur in this case) there was very little way of knowing who would be involved until after discovery began and conflict was recognized. After that while freely removing myself from the case, by expected standards, the damage had ethical violation had already occured.”
