Excellent family law attorney!!!

When I started the process of my divorce I was nervous and scared. I was married to an addict for 19 years with 2 small children and I felt lost. Thru a friend I found Katrina Muse with Muse Law. I contacted her for a consultation and after a 3 hour conversation on the phone I knew she was exactly ...who I needed. I soon realized Esposito Law Works with Muse Law and would also represent me. Mr. Esposito met with me several times and thoroughly explained the trial process and what to expect going forward. Both attorneys were with me every step of the way I am beyond grateful to have Mr. Esposito and Ms. Muse in my corner representing me then, now and in the future may I need them.

Worst final judgement ever

Hired Charles Esposito to handle my divorce. I had to do most of the research myself as he does not have an assistant. He wouldn’t respond to my emails for days and sometimes weeks. There ended up being a second final judgement that I found out from my ex 2 months after! He never even sent me the fin...al judgement where it stated that I had to pay another $250 a month making my total child support/alimony payment $4,047 per month. That leaves me with about $300 a month to survive on! Would never recommend hiring him!

You want to keep your stuff, this is your man!

Got excellent results in my divorce. Got my ex out of my house so I could sell it. Got my alimony to nothing as she spent it all during the marriage, and I got to keep all the equity in my house when it sold. Two other attorneys told me she would get half and she would be able to retain the house ...and handle the sell. His retainer is high, but his residual billing wan minimal. His retainer covered 85% of my total fees. All his remaining billing was costs and additional work caused by my ex'es desire to stay in court! He is great.

Admonishment issued in FL, 2003

updated on 07/16/2014

An admonition means an attorney did something wrong but may still practice law. The Bar gives the lawyer an admonition in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

Charles’s comment:

“The admonshment resulted in a time where computers were just beginning to index and cataloge client files. This was a conflict of interest issue where without full disclosure from the client (which did not occur in this case) there was very little way of knowing who would be involved until after discovery began and conflict was recognized. After that while freely removing myself from the case, by expected standards, the damage had ethical violation had already occured.”
