He worked with my low budget, and he is the ultimate defender in the court room

Chuck Esposito impressed me in the courtroom. He helped me through a very difficult family and children's custody case with very complex issues. He was able to get to the truth out and to show the judge the correct evidence, and helped me win based on Florida law. When he interviewed some of t...he witnesses in our court hearings, he was very smart and bold, able to figure out when someone was lying and get to the truth. His fees are low and reasonable, and he never charged me more for other expenses than other lawyers have charged me in previous cases. He was very kind to work with my limited and low budget. He is very compassionate and extremely knowledgeable about Florida family and criminal law. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again; he seems to be one of the best lawyers in Florida. Charles Esposito is the lawyer I needed when the opposite party started presenting false information and lying. He was my ultimate law defender in the court; he helped me win my case with honesty and honor.

Best lawyer Around!

Mr Esposito is one of the main reasons why my daughter is safe today. Me and my family are so grateful for all his help and will continue to use Him with any future services. Ive never met a lawyer with such ambition and not only the will to win your case but the personal involvement and care he puts... in as well. His knowledge on the law is outstanding and if your looking for someone who’s going to fight for you and your case he’s the lawyer to go with. Truly the best lawyer I’ve ever came across.

Charles’s comment:

“The admonshment resulted in a time where computers were just beginning to index and cataloge client files. This was a conflict of interest issue where without full disclosure from the client (which did not occur in this case) there was very little way of knowing who would be involved until after discovery began and conflict was recognized. After that while freely removing myself from the case, by expected standards, the damage had ethical violation had already occured.”
