About Joshua
Biography
Work - that is what we do. Show up, work hard, and do what you say - that was a lesson learned early on from Josh's Father and the guiding principal at Teague Law. We will explore every defense, investigate all the evidence, and fight for our clients at every turn. Attorney Josh Teague will never compromise your case or advise you to settle for less work.
Josh has dedicated his entire adult life to the study and practice of law - he has spent the past 15 years working in a law office, studying the law, interning with 2 Judges, completing an internship program with the United States Attorneys Office, and practicing law himself. In fact, Josh met his Wife, LeeAnn, when she was working for her Grandmother, the Gilmer County Clerk of Superior Court.
Josh is a native of North Georgia with family ties to the community dating into the early 1800’s. Josh is intimately familiar with local area and values, granting him insight into the procedures and attitudes of the local juries, courts, politicians, judges, and prosecutors.
After graduating Kennesaw State University with honors, Josh Attended Florida Coastal School of Law where he graduated in the top 20% of his class, and won numerous awards for his knowledge and excellence in Criminal law, Advocacy, and Trial Skills.
Having gained experience in 2 Judges’ offices, a Federal Prosecutor’s Office, and having Practiced law himself, Josh brings a unique perspective to each case that many lawyers simply cannot.
Josh now focuses his practice on fighting for clients who need help with DUI, Criminal Defense, and Personal Injury.
The practice of law isn't a job for Josh - its a passion - fueled by his desire to fight for those who have no voice, who are unable to fight for themselves, or just need a helping hand. Josh founded Teague Law on the principal that every Client should have an unflinching advocate and he goes to battle for his clients every day with that in mind.
