OUTCOME: Not Guilty as to DUI. Guilty to speeding and open container.

Client was charged with DUI, Speeding, and open container. Client took a preliminary breath test for alcohol which was positive, submitted to the HGN test (officer testified he observed 4/6 clues), and ... finally the officer requested a 2nd preliminary breath test before placing the Client under arrest.
