Asha Reddi

I rarely write reviews online, but I felt that the services Ms. Asha Reddi provided were nothing less than outstanding and definitely deserves a review. Ms. Reddi was extremely professional throughout the entire process as well as thorough, thoughtful, and extremely personable. I especially appreciated that she kept me informed and up to date on everything that was happening, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. Through my interaction with Ms. Reddi, It became very clear to me that her driving force in pursuit of justice on my behalf was not monetary. She is naturally very caring and nurturing person. She truly is both an attorney and a counselor. In reality, total dismissal of my charges was not likely but Ms. Reddi chiseled away at a very serious Felony allegation I was being accused of and got it reduced down to a misdemeanor. She negotiated with the DA to minimize the punishment that I otherwise would've faced. I'll always have to live with the consequences for my actions, but Ms. Reddi helped me avoid the impact of what could have easily been a catastrophic blow to my life. I couldn't have asked for better representation and I'd highly recommend her to anyone.

I hired Asha a few times in the past. Got a recommendation from my brother. She has always delivered excellent results. She just kicked ass on my case! Major ass! What a really like about her is her honesty. If I have a good case, she will tell me and if bad case too, she has always advised me correctly. I really appreciate her for that. I hired Ms. Asha because I was accused of Aggravated Assault. I am not a violent person. I was trying to do something good and got in the middle of something. I did not start the flight, I only acted in self defense but the police arrested me because the witnesses lied. I am a single mother and this was a very stressful time for me. I hired Ms. Asha because she was experienced and because she took the time to listen to my side of the story. She asked a lot of questions and spent a lot of time with me. I asked her if she could get my case dismissed. She told me that as an attorney she could not guarantee a result and also that it was against the law for an attorney to promise a certain result.. Another attorney had told me that he could get a dismissal for a certain price. I went with Ms. Asha because I appreciated her honesty. There were lot of issues with the case. A lot of very stressful moments. I really thought I would end up in jail or probation or both. Never in my wildest dreams did I think my case would be dismissed. The reason being the person who filed the case against me is a very horrible person who has a lot of experience with the law and was capable of doing anything. But Ms. Reddi really fought for me. She dd a lot of investigation on the case and finally convinced the District attorney to drop the case. I HATE LAWYERS! I always thought Lawyers and liers and crooks. But this is the first lawyer that made me change by mind about lawyers in general. I really am grateful for the result I got. The good lord and my lawyer make this happen. She took care of a case a my few months ago. I had never been arrested before. Believe me, it is the worst experience in the whole world. And Yes, (I know people say this all the time) I was falsely accused. The charge was a terrible one and I did NOT do it and I don't want to talk about it! I hired Asha to handle a felony case in Houston. I ain't going to lie...this was NOT my first rodeo:) I had used another attorney a few times before but was not happy with my experience the last time. It was time for a change. I had never used a female attorney before. A friend told me he used her services several times and was very happy with her. So I decided to call her. Man, I am so glad I did. My brother was charged with a Aggravated Sexual Assault, Burglary of Habitation and three other cases. He had an extensive past. He had a court appointed attorney and was very concerned. We spoke to many attorneys but nobody really cared about my brother. They were more worried about the money than hearing about the case. My son was arrested for terroist threat. A stupid sentence came out if mouth and it did become a big deal. I googled a bunch of lawyers and after reading her review I contacted her. As most lawyers want to take on the case, but Ms. Reddy explained things to me in detail. Finally after 3 or 4 hearings, the case was dismissed. I really appreciate everything she did for my son.

I was charged with felony possession of a controlled subtance. I had a previous felony charge. Things were looking very bleak. I was sure that I would have to serve prison time. Im a computer tech that has been running my own computer business for the past 10 years. Anytime I saw porn on someones computer I just copied it over to my collection well I didnt reallize that I had copied 4 pics of child porn to my computer. A freind of mine asked me for a compy of my porn so I copied it to an external HD and gave it to him not knowing what was there. His wife saw tone of the photos and called the police. They busted in my house arrested me and took all my computers and equipment. Asha told me that even though I was innocent it would be hard to convince a jury due to the nature of the case. I have a 3 week old daughter and there was no way I was going to miss being apart of her life so asha got me a plea. The DA dropped 3 out of the 4 charges (class 2 felon for possesion)and dropped the last charge down to attempted possesion(class4 state jail feloney). I get to keep my daughter and my computer business. The DA originally wanted the max which was 80 years. Oh she also got me deferred ajudication so in 5 years it will be wiped off my record. Total charge was 10k.

I am a resident of New Orleans. I was in Houston for a wedding and got arrested for a Drug case. I did not know what to do. My family lives in New Orleans and they didn't know anything for my arrest. So, I was on probation and totally messed up by taking off running. There was a warrant out for my arrest. I got really tried of turning. I spoke to many attorneys. My father was charged with a criminal offense in Fort bend county. It was a very unfortunate situation and we were extremely worried about it. A family friend, who had used Mrs. Reddi in the past referred her to us. A felony conviction would have had a devastating consequence of deportation. The prosecutor on the case was very very tough and would not budge. We ended up setting the case for trial. On trial date, the ADA finally dismissed the case. Mrs. Reddi was amazing. But for her efforts, we believe, this outcome would not have been possible.
