We are passionate about helping our clients through life's most difficult times.  Recently adding a Gainesville location to our existing Clarkesville and Cleveland locations makes it even more convenient for our clients, wherever they are located!  Whether you have been injured in a major car accident, are facing divorce or custody/support issues, or need help navigating through financial issues, we specialize in finding the best possible solution for our clients. Our firm consists of myself and my two siblings (Spencer and Emiy) and yes, we are all three attorneys.  We practice in many different areas of law and can handle most legal issues.  Our attorneys are family and we treat our clients like family, which is not too common in the legal industry.  Our clients definitely see the difference.  We represent people all over northeast Georgia, from Athens to Atlanta, and from Dahlonega to Clayton and everywhere in between. Very Pleased
Handled my bankruptcy case. was very pleased and satisfied with Quentin's attention to my case. He covered all my questions and then some leaving me feeling less embarrassed and more confident that my case was not just another deadbeat filing for relief. Quentin Carr is very professional and thorough.
I had started my bankruptcy with a dear friend who was my attorney but passed away from covid-19. His office referred me to Quentin. From the beginning (handling that delicate situation) until the end of our bankruptcy Quentin was very professional and understanding. Quentin made the process of bankruptcy smooth with all of his knowledge. He treated us with respect and I didn't feel any shame with discharging our debt. My husband and I had gone through a tremendous difference in salary and just couldn't afford the same items as before. When it was time for the court interview, Quentin told us exactly what to expect. There were no surprises. Quentin's staff was equally helpful. Thank you Quentin for all your help!!!

Very personable

Thorough, Clear, Prepared, Timely and Punctual.
Mr. Carr clearly described the best and worst possible outcomes for my case in our first meeting. He successfully relieved all my anxiety. He was thorough and well prepared and his office staff were excellent in all of their follow-up. His communication was timely and he was always on time for appointments. He handled my case during the COVID pandemic wonderfully. The resolution for my case was the "best" outcome that he had described during our first meeting. Very happy.
I had a Chapter 7 bankruptcy that Quentin handled for me. His advice and knowledge about what would happen during the bankruptcy was spot on. His staff was also very helpful and got answers to every question I had. His fee was reasonable. Professional staff and lawyer really made my bankruptcy easy. Cannot recommend his services enough.
