We are passionate about helping our clients through life's most difficult times. Recently adding a Gainesville location to our existing Clarkesville and Cleveland locations makes it even more convenient for our clients, wherever they are located! Whether you have been injured in a major car accident, are facing divorce or custody/support issues, or need help navigating through financial issues, we specialize in finding the best possible solution for our clients. Our firm consists of myself and my two siblings (Spencer and Emiy) and yes, we are all three attorneys. We practice in many different areas of law and can handle most legal issues. Our attorneys are family and we treat our clients like family, which is not too common in the legal industry. Our clients definitely see the difference. We represent people all over northeast Georgia, from Athens to Atlanta, and from Dahlonega to Clayton and everywhere in between. Rather than drag out the inevitable for years, seek professional consultation as soon as you see trouble on the horizon. Very fast and efficient
I came to him to file bankruptcy. I didn't want to file but I had no choice at the time. He was very professional but also showed compassion of the situation. The process was fairly easy and the whole office was there any time I had a question or concern.

He was an amazing help!!
He always answered any question I had he helped with everything I didn't understand and always responded back to all the emails I had concerned with. He is very good at working with a payment plan to help the financial need of his clients.
