We are passionate about helping our clients through life's most difficult times. Recently adding a Gainesville location to our existing Clarkesville and Cleveland locations makes it even more convenient for our clients, wherever they are located! Whether you have been injured in a major car accident, are facing divorce or custody/support issues, or need help navigating through financial issues, we specialize in finding the best possible solution for our clients. Our firm consists of myself and my two siblings (Spencer and Emiy) and yes, we are all three attorneys. We practice in many different areas of law and can handle most legal issues. Our attorneys are family and we treat our clients like family, which is not too common in the legal industry. Our clients definitely see the difference. We represent people all over northeast Georgia, from Athens to Atlanta, and from Dahlonega to Clayton and everywhere in between. Professional and Caring
Quentin helped my father-in-law and always took the time out to answer any questions and give advise along with gathering all the documents required. His office was very professional with appointments and meetings. He also went out of his area to help us.

Very knowledgeable lawyer
Mr Carr was very responsive to my questions and was able to meet the same or next day. Very down to earth and easy to talk with. Not your "as seen on t.v.", big city lawyer but even more knowledgeable. Would refer him to any of my friends or family.
