I had started my bankruptcy with a dear friend who was my attorney but passed away from covid-19. His office referred me to Quentin. From the beginning (handling that delicate situation) until the end of our bankruptcy Quentin was very professional and understanding. Quentin made the process of ban...kruptcy smooth with all of his knowledge. He treated us with respect and I didn't feel any shame with discharging our debt. My husband and I had gone through a tremendous difference in salary and just couldn't afford the same items as before. Quentin Carr filed my bankruptcy. He explained each step of the process, and kept me informed of the next step and what I would need for it. He was respectful of my feelings, and professional, he did not keep me waiting when I had an appointment with him. The only disappointment was that he was not... there when I went before the judge, but he did provide another attorney who was professional, and did inform me that he would not be able to come to court that day. I was glad that we did not have to extend my case, and he provided me with the new attorney. The office was neat, and professional looking, and office personal were nice and professional.

Working with Quentin during such a difficult personal time made the entire process of bankruptcy so much easier. He is knowledgeable, easy to get in contact with, and quick to answer questions in a timely manner. While you cannot expect someone who will let you cry on his shoulder, he is extremely he...lpful in the matters of understanding what you need to do and that you are not a bad person for going through the bankruptcy process. His no nonsense, non sugarcoating approach is refreshing. I have a tendency to beat myself up and feel guilty about things, but there is no sense of judgement from Quentin or anyone in his office. This is not always the case even when you're working with a professional in a given field. I never plan to have to go through this again, but if I did, he would absolutely be my choice and I would recommend him to anyone needing legal representation or consult.
