We are passionate about helping our clients through life's most difficult times. Recently adding a Gainesville location to our existing Clarkesville and Cleveland locations makes it even more convenient for our clients, wherever they are located! Whether you have been injured in a major car accident, are facing divorce or custody/support issues, or need help navigating through financial issues, we specialize in finding the best possible solution for our clients. Our firm consists of myself and my two siblings (Spencer and Emiy) and yes, we are all three attorneys. We practice in many different areas of law and can handle most legal issues. Our attorneys are family and we treat our clients like family, which is not too common in the legal industry. Our clients definitely see the difference. We represent people all over northeast Georgia, from Athens to Atlanta, and from Dahlonega to Clayton and everywhere in between. Honest and fair
When i needed to file bankruptcy I called Quentin Carr. He walked me through my options and help me to make informed decisions His prices we reasonable and the service was outstanding. Everything went just as he explained. Could not have been better

Heartily recommend Quentin Carr
Quentin Carr is a kind, caring and knowledgeable attorney. He never failed to reassure us each step of the way through our bankruptcy. My only suggestion for improvement is phone coverage at the Clarkesville office.. If you call at lunch time for instance, all you get is voicemail. We got lost going...

Replied last June 30, 2015Thank you for the review. The lunch hour is always our hardest time to catch all phone calls that come in as we are short-staffed during this time. We will certainly see what we can do to resolve this issue. Otherwise, we do have live staff answering the phone daily. Down to earth and honest.
Mr. Carr was very straight forward, honest, and reliable. If you want a lawyer to tell you how it is without any fluff then I would recommend using him.
