We are passionate about helping our clients through life's most difficult times. Recently adding a Gainesville location to our existing Clarkesville and Cleveland locations makes it even more convenient for our clients, wherever they are located! Whether you have been injured in a major car accident, are facing divorce or custody/support issues, or need help navigating through financial issues, we specialize in finding the best possible solution for our clients. Our firm consists of myself and my two siblings (Spencer and Emiy) and yes, we are all three attorneys. We practice in many different areas of law and can handle most legal issues. Our attorneys are family and we treat our clients like family, which is not too common in the legal industry. Our clients definitely see the difference. We represent people all over northeast Georgia, from Athens to Atlanta, and from Dahlonega to Clayton and everywhere in between. Even though our situation was complex Quentin excelled at figuring out how to make it work. He answered any questions in a short time and resolved any issues that arose. Superb, Knowledgeable, and Communicative
I hired Mr. Carr to represent in a debt dispute. He was thorough and did a great job of dealing with the company's attorneys. We eventually settled out of court, which was great since it saved a lot of money and time. Highly recommended!

Extremely knowledge!
Mr. Carr was able to navigate through our tax problems for a favorable outcome. He was the only one after 2 attempts with other law firms. Once that was done the bankruptcy went smoothly.
