Permit Approval
Mr. Gavilanes helped my brother who are under DACA, get our permit approved to travel to the country we were born in. He did a great job and did not give up! That is a quality not everyone has.

Form I-512
I hired Jorge Gavilanes as my attorney to help me obtain an approval for form I-512 Authorization for Parole, thus allowing me to travel to my country to visit my grandparents and allowing me to come back to the United States. Everything went smoothly and my permit got accepted! Thank you!

The Best of the Best
Jorge is the Creme design last Creme when it comes to this field. He took the complex problem of getting the Alien cards that my wife and our two sons, had let outdate themselves, and through clear attention to detail and his thorough knowledge of the INS and their requirements, got my family taken care of as well as his confidence put us all at ease. Leaving this problem in his capable hands was one of our best decisions.
